"Gives" is much more than a verb, it is really an adjective that is used for all of our "Give" events and activities.
The mission of Maryland Gives is to provide both educational and community oriented events.

GiveDay - A day-long event where nonprofit organizations with smaller projects come together to receive help from volunteers. GiveDay also serves as an analysis day for nonprofit organizations with larger projects that would be done in a GiveCamp event.
GiveTech - (Formerly CMAP Code Camp) A day- long event where many presenters are brought together to educate and inform on technology, new trends, design and more.
GiveEd - (Formerly CMAP and others) Monthly meeting series where technical presentations are given on various interests.
GiveCamp - (Formerly Baltimore GiveCamp) A weekend-long marathon of technical give-back to the community. Technical professionals and volunteers come together for three days to help nonprofit organizations make their technical dreams become a reality.
GiveTime - Quarterly get-togethers for nonprofit organizations with technical volunteers for the purpose of working on immediate or ongoing technical needs.
GiveForward - Maryland Gives annual kick-off orientation; Awareness and process for the year to come.

GiveAgain - While not an actual event, Maryland Gives provides a GiveAgain list where lists of donated and reusable equipment (and more) are made available for nonprofit organizations.
GiveFest - Maryland Gives annual year-end gala event. Featuring presentations on various projects and dreams that were realized for nonprofit organizations through the Maryland Gives program.
GiveYouth - Various events geared toward getting kids involved in technology and community.
